1 Bible Centered Preaching

At LBC we believe preaching is the most important part of the service. It is through the preaching of the Word of God people are saved and lives are changed. Here you will find us preaching from the KJV Bible and teaching you how you can follow the principles laid out in Scripture.

2 Exciting Biblical Music

At LBC we believe the music is part of worship. We offer a conservative exciting music program. We still sing songs out of the hymn book. During our service you will hear great music through the choir and other special groups.

3 Family Emphasis

Our Pastor Dr. Ronald Hon as nine children and has been married for over 36 years. Strong homes equal strong churches. At our church you will find a family serving together to reach Grant County with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

FFun Activities

We have numerous activities that you can take part in though the year. From church picnics, ladies banquets, youth camp, retreats and just plain fun activities we have something for every age group.

5.Bible Classes

We want you to grow while attending LBC. We have Bible classes for every age group that will challenge you to grow as a Christian. For the children they will be able to learn on a age appropriate level.

6Concern for Others

At LBC you will find a concern for reaching our City, County, Nation and World for Christ. We have door to door soul winning, visitation programs, world missions all designed to help us accomplish the Great Commission given by Christ.

This Is What You Must Do:

1. You Must Realize That You Are A Sinner
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23
Each one of us as a sinner does not deserve heaven. We have all fallen short of what God demands.

2. You Must Understand That There Is A Penalty For Sin
“For the wages of sin is death....” Romans 6:23
Wages means payment. The payment of our sin is death and hell, separation from God forever. If we continue in our sin, we shall die without Christ and be without God forever.
There Are Two Deaths: Physical and Spiritual
"And death and Hell were cast into the Lake of Fire. This is the second death."
Revelation 20:14
The first death is our physical death. Some day we are all going to die.
Who Will Experience This Death?
"But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whormongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death." Revelation 21:8
Each one of us has told a lie sometime in our life. Because of this we all deserve hell.

3. You Must Realize That Only Christ Can Pay That Penalty
All of our sins were laid on Christ on the cross. He paid our sin debt for us. The Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross, and He arose from the dead. He is alive forevermore.
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
"...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."  Romans 6:23b

4. You Must Realize That Eternal Life Is A Gift
"...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."  Romans 6:23b
God offers us the free gift of enternal life. We can never do something to deserve God's gift.

5. You Must Accept His Gift
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9,10
The Bible says, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13
Now, will you accept Christ as your Lord and Savior by confessing Him with your mouth?
Dear Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and that there is a penalty for sin. Thank you for paying that penalty. I now accept your gift of eternal life. Forgive my sins, and I accept you now as my Savior. Help me live for you from this day forward. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
